How UAE Annual Leave Works

Under 1 Year of Service

Employees who have not yet completed one full year accrue 2 calendar days of leave per month worked. A part-month is counted proportionally.

1 Year or More of Service

Once an employee completes one year of continuous service they are entitled to a full 30 calendar days of annual leave per year under Article 29.
